Returns and Exchanges

Here at Little Orla we value your support and want you to be happy so please email should you have any concerns or questions about your order.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Items(s) must be unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
  3. Sale and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Please note that slight variations in dye colour are not considered a fault. 

How do I return an item?

  1. Email
  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  3. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 business days to process once items arrive back at our studio. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
  4. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
